KBT HOLDINGS LLC d/b/a SKI LIFT LIMOUSINE
CLIENT SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern transportation services provided or arranged by KBT
Holdings LLC, doing business as Ski Lift Limousine (“Ski Lift,” “Ski Lift Limousine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By requesting, booking, paying for, or using transportation services provided or arranged by Ski Lift
Limousine, the person making the reservation (“Booking Party”) and all passengers included in the
reservation (“Passengers”) agree to these Terms.
1. Transportation Services
Ski Lift Limousine provides and arranges private passenger transportation services in Colorado,
including airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly transportation, mountain transportation,
event transportation, and other prearranged transportation services.
Services may be performed using Ski Lift Limousine vehicles and drivers or, when appropriate,
qualified third-party transportation providers or affiliates.
Specific vehicle types, passenger capacities, routes, pickup times, and other reservation details will be
stated in the applicable quote or booking confirmation.
2. Reservations
A quote, estimate, email discussion, text message, or verbal conversation does not by itself guarantee
vehicle availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed once Ski Lift accepts the reservation and the required 20%
deposit has been received.
Customers will receive written or electronic confirmation containing the material details of their
reservation. The Booking Party is responsible for reviewing the confirmation and promptly notifying Ski
Lift of any inaccuracies.
3. Booking Information
The Booking Party is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
• Passenger name and contact information
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Correct service date and pickup time
• Number of passengers
• Flight information, when applicable
• Luggage and equipment requirements
• Accessibility requirements
• Child-seat requests
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 1• Additional stops
• Any other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested transportation
If a reservation is made on behalf of other passengers, the Booking Party is responsible for
communicating relevant reservation information and these Terms to those passengers.
4. Pricing
Pricing is based on the itinerary and information provided at the time of booking.
The quoted price may include the base transportation charge, gratuity, service fees, tolls, parking,
airport fees, or other disclosed charges.
Changes to the itinerary, additional stops, additional service time, passenger-count changes requiring a
different vehicle, excessive waiting time, or other material modifications may result in additional
charges.
Ski Lift will make reasonable efforts to disclose material additional charges before they are incurred
whenever practicable.
5. Deposit and Final Payment
A 20% deposit is required to confirm and secure a reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due on the Friday immediately preceding
the scheduled service date.
Reservations made after the applicable final-payment date may require payment in full at the time of
booking.
Ski Lift accepts payment through:
• Credit or debit card through Stripe
• Zelle
• Venmo
Credit and debit card payments processed through Stripe are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Payment arrangements specifically agreed to in writing for an individual reservation will control if they
differ from these standard terms.
6. Gratuity
When gratuity is included in the reservation price, it will be identified in the applicable quote, invoice, or
booking information.
Passengers may provide additional gratuity at their discretion.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Customers should notify Ski Lift of a cancellation as soon as reasonably possible.
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the timing of the cancellation, vehicle reserved,
service requirements, affiliate-provider commitments, and non-refundable costs already incurred in
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 2connection with the reservation.
Any specific cancellation terms communicated in a quote, booking confirmation, invoice, or other
written booking documentation form part of the reservation and will control where applicable.
Cancellation requests should be submitted by contacting Ski Lift at info@skiliftlimo.com or (321)
754-5438.
If Ski Lift is unable to perform a confirmed transportation service and cannot provide a reasonable
replacement or alternative, amounts paid for the transportation Ski Lift is unable to provide will be
refunded, subject to applicable law.
8. Reservation Changes
Ski Lift understands that travel plans may change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate
modifications.
Changes may include:
• Pickup time
• Pickup or destination location
• Passenger count
• Vehicle type
• Additional stops
• Flight information
• Service duration
• Service date
All changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
A requested modification is not confirmed until acknowledged by Ski Lift.
9. Pickup Times
Passengers are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled pickup
time.
Passengers should maintain access to the telephone number or communication method provided with
the reservation.
Drivers or Ski Lift staff may contact passengers by telephone, SMS, email, messaging application, or
another reasonable communication method to coordinate transportation.
10. Airport Transportation and Flight Tracking
When flight information is provided, Ski Lift may monitor available flight information to assist with airport
pickup coordination.
Flight tracking is provided as a convenience and does not relieve passengers from communicating
significant itinerary changes.
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 3Passengers should notify Ski Lift as soon as reasonably possible of flight cancellations, missed
connections, rebooking, significant delays, or changes in flight number.
Ski Lift is not responsible for inaccurate or delayed information provided by airlines, airports,
flight-tracking providers, or other third parties.
11. Flight Delays
Ski Lift will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delayed flights.
Significant delays may affect driver or vehicle availability, particularly when the delay conflicts with
another confirmed reservation.
If the originally assigned vehicle or driver cannot accommodate a significant delay, Ski Lift may arrange
an alternative vehicle, driver, affiliate transportation provider, or revised pickup arrangement.
Additional charges may apply when substantial delays result in additional waiting time or require a new
transportation arrangement.
12. Waiting Time and No-Shows
Passengers who are not ready at the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional waiting
charges when applicable.
A reservation may be considered a no-show when the passenger:
• Is not present at the confirmed pickup location within the applicable waiting period
• Cannot be reached using the contact information provided
• Leaves the pickup location without notifying Ski Lift
• Independently arranges other transportation without communicating with Ski Lift while Ski Lift
remains ready and able to provide the confirmed service
No-show reservations may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the
applicable reservation terms.
13. Weather, Traffic and Mountain Travel
Colorado transportation, particularly travel between Denver and mountain destinations, can be affected
by snow, ice, severe weather, traffic, accidents, construction, chain restrictions, road closures, and
other unpredictable conditions.
Pickup and arrival times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Safety takes priority over schedule. Drivers may slow down, stop temporarily, change routes, delay
departure, or decline to continue when road, weather, vehicle, passenger, or other conditions make
continued travel unsafe or unlawful.
Ski Lift is not responsible for missed flights, meetings, events, reservations, lodging, recreational
activities, or other consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside Ski Lift's reasonable
control.
Passengers are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient travel time, particularly during winter and peak
mountain-travel periods.
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 414. Mechanical Problems and Service Interruptions
Ski Lift and its transportation partners take reasonable measures to maintain vehicles appropriately.
However, mechanical failures, tire problems, accidents, road emergencies, and other unexpected
service interruptions may occur.
If a vehicle cannot safely complete a trip, Ski Lift will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and,
when reasonably available, provide or arrange replacement transportation.
Passengers and Booking Parties must provide Ski Lift with a reasonable opportunity to address a
service interruption and arrange an alternative before independently arranging substitute
transportation.
If passengers independently choose taxis, rideshare services, rental vehicles, or other transportation
without first providing Ski Lift a reasonable opportunity to arrange an alternative, Ski Lift is not
responsible for those independently incurred expenses unless reimbursement has been expressly
authorized by Ski Lift.
Nothing in this section limits any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.
15. Vehicle Substitution
Ski Lift may substitute a vehicle when reasonably necessary due to mechanical issues, weather, safety
considerations, scheduling circumstances, operational requirements, passenger count, or other
unforeseen circumstances.
Whenever reasonably possible, the substitute vehicle will provide comparable or greater passenger
capacity.
Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, a particular vehicle make, model, model year, color, or
configuration is not guaranteed.
16. Affiliate and Third-Party Transportation Providers
Ski Lift may work with qualified third-party transportation providers to fulfill certain reservations.
When an affiliate performs transportation, Ski Lift may provide that company and its assigned driver
with information reasonably necessary to perform the service, including passenger names, telephone
numbers, itinerary information, pickup and drop-off locations, group information, and flight details.
Ski Lift will use reasonable care when selecting transportation partners. Affiliate providers nevertheless
remain responsible for their own vehicles, personnel, regulatory obligations, and transportation
operations as required by applicable law.
17. Passenger and Luggage Capacity
Passengers may not exceed the lawful or designated capacity of the assigned vehicle.
Children count toward passenger capacity.
The Booking Party should disclose unusual amounts of luggage, skis, snowboards, bicycles, golf clubs,
large equipment, or other oversized items before booking.
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 5Ski Lift may recommend or require a larger vehicle if the originally selected vehicle cannot safely
accommodate both passengers and their belongings.
18. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
Passengers should inspect the vehicle before leaving and contact Ski Lift promptly regarding lost
property.
Ski Lift will make reasonable efforts to locate and return found property. Shipping, delivery, or special
transportation costs associated with returning an item may be charged to the customer.
Ski Lift is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except where liability
cannot legally be excluded.
19. Child Safety Seats
Customers traveling with children should notify Ski Lift in advance if a child safety seat is required.
Child safety seats may be available upon advance request and are subject to availability. Customers
should not assume a child seat will be provided unless Ski Lift has confirmed it as part of the
reservation.
Parents, guardians, and responsible adults should provide accurate information regarding the child's
age, height, and weight when requesting an appropriate restraint and are responsible for confirming
that the child is properly secured, subject to applicable law.
20. Accessibility and Special Assistance
Ski Lift will make reasonable efforts to accommodate passengers with disabilities and accessibility
needs.
Passengers should notify Ski Lift when booking if they require wheelchair-accessible transportation,
transportation of a mobility device, a service animal, or another accommodation so that an appropriate
vehicle or transportation provider can be arranged.
Not all vehicles have the same accessibility configuration.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under applicable disability or accessibility laws.
21. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the driver, other passengers, the vehicle,
or the public.
Ski Lift or an assigned driver may refuse or discontinue transportation when a passenger:
• Threatens, harasses, or abuses a driver or another person
• Engages in violent, destructive, or dangerously disruptive behavior
• Interferes with safe vehicle operation
• Possesses unlawful substances or prohibited items
• Intentionally damages the vehicle
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 6• Refuses reasonable safety instructions
• Creates a condition that makes continued transportation unsafe or unlawful
To the extent permitted by law, transportation terminated because of serious passenger misconduct
may not be eligible for a refund.
22. Alcohol, Smoking and Vaping
Alcohol may be permitted in certain vehicles when allowed by applicable law and Ski Lift policy.
Glass containers are prohibited.
Passengers must comply with applicable alcohol laws. Unlawful consumption of alcohol, including
consumption by minors, is prohibited.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in Ski Lift vehicles.
Violations may result in reasonable cleaning, repair, deodorizing, or remediation charges.
23. Vehicle Damage and Excessive Cleaning
The Booking Party may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement, or remediation
costs resulting from damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by the Booking Party or passengers
associated with the reservation.
This may include:
• Bodily fluids
• Significant spills or stains
• Smoking or vaping
• Burns
• Broken vehicle components
• Damage to seats, doors, windows, electronics, or interior fixtures
• Intentional or reckless damage
Ordinary wear and tear is excluded.
Ski Lift may document the vehicle's condition and provide reasonable supporting information for
material charges.
24. Seat Belts and Safety
Passengers must comply with applicable seat-belt laws and reasonable safety instructions provided by
the driver.
Passengers may not interfere with the driver's operation of the vehicle.
The driver has final responsibility for determining whether continued operation of the vehicle is
reasonably safe.
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 725. Event and Concert Transportation
Event transportation may be affected by venue-specific traffic restrictions, law-enforcement
instructions, road closures, parking rules, pedestrian restrictions, and designated loading or unloading
areas.
Pickup and drop-off locations may therefore differ from a venue entrance or from locations anticipated
before the event.
Passengers are responsible for following pickup instructions provided by Ski Lift and allowing sufficient
time to reach designated post-event pickup locations.
26. Hourly Service
Hourly transportation reserves a vehicle and driver for an agreed service period and may be subject to
a minimum number of service hours.
Additional service time beyond the confirmed reservation is subject to driver and vehicle availability and
may result in additional charges.
27. Point-to-Point Service
Point-to-point transportation is based on the itinerary stated in the reservation.
Additional stops, significant waiting time, route changes requested by the passenger, or other
modifications may result in additional charges.
28. Force Majeure
Ski Lift is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including severe weather, natural disasters, wildfires, road closures, government actions, public
emergencies, major traffic incidents, infrastructure failures, civil disturbances, labor disruptions, or
similar events.
Ski Lift will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers and provide practical
alternatives when available.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ski Lift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
punitive, or consequential damages arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including
missed flights, missed events, lost business opportunities, lodging costs, or independently arranged
substitute transportation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by
applicable law.
30. Service Concerns and Claims
Customers should notify Ski Lift promptly regarding a service concern so that Ski Lift has a reasonable
opportunity to investigate and respond.
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 8Customers should provide the reservation information, date of service, description of the issue, and
reasonably available supporting documentation.
31. Communications

authorize Ski Lift to use that information for service-related communications, including:

provided by third-party technology providers, to answer calls, respond to inquiries, provide quotes, take

legally recognized electronic actions may constitute acceptance of these Terms.
35. Governing Law and Venue

the State of Colorado, except where applicable federal law controls.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or Ski Lift's
services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith effort to resolve
the matter directly.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Ski Lift Limousine | Terms & Conditions Page 1037. No Waiver
Failure by Ski Lift to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive Ski Lift's right to enforce
that provision in the future.
38. Changes to These Terms
Ski Lift may update these Terms periodically.
The Terms applicable to a reservation will generally be those in effect when the reservation is made
unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed between the parties.
