Ski Lift accepts payments through Stripe, Zelle, and Venmo.

Credit and debit card payments may be processed by Stripe. Ski Lift generally does not need to directly

store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed through a third-party payment

processor.

• Limited payment-method information

Payments processed through Stripe are subject to a 3% credit-card processing fee under our current

payment terms.

Zelle, Venmo, Stripe, and other financial-service providers may separately process personal

Ski Lift processes pickup and drop-off locations and other location information provided as part of a

transportation reservation.

Ski Lift does not intentionally collect a passenger's precise device location unless the passenger

enables or uses a feature requiring such information and appropriate notice or consent is provided

where required.

Drivers and company vehicles may use GPS or similar location technology for legitimate transportation

purposes, including:

• Dispatch

• Routing

• Trip coordination

• Driver management

• Service verification

• Safety

service. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with affiliates for their marketing or

Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in the

communication or by contacting Ski Lift.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Ski Lift from sending necessary transactional

or service-related communications concerning reservations, payments, safety, or customer support.

21. Text Messages (SMS)

When a customer provides a mobile telephone number and opts in to receive text messages, Ski Lift

may use that number for transactional and operational communications, including:

Customers may opt in through the SMS consent box on our website or booking form, by texting our

business number, or by giving verbal consent during a call with Ski Lift staff or our automated assistant.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Promotional text messages are sent

only to customers who have separately provided express written consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional

purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties,

except service providers that help Ski Lift deliver messages (such as SMS and communications

platforms), which may use this information only to provide services to Ski Lift.

When you interact with these systems, Ski Lift and its technology providers may collect and process

your voice, call audio, transcripts, text message content, telephone number, call date and time, and the

information you provide during the conversation.

This information is used to respond to your request, create and manage reservations, maintain

accurate records, improve service quality, provide customer support, and support safety and legal

compliance.

Ski Lift's technology providers process this information on Ski Lift's behalf and may not sell it or use it

for their own marketing purposes.

Ski Lift does not use voice recordings to create biometric identifiers (such as voiceprints) to identify

individuals.

You may ask to speak with a member of the Ski Lift team at any time, and you may contact Ski Lift to

ask about or request deletion of call recordings, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping

requirements.

​

The Ski Lift website or application may contain links to websites or services operated by independent

third parties.

Ski Lift is not responsible for the privacy practices of those independent services. Customers should

Individuals accessing Ski Lift services from outside the United States understand that information may
